The Triple-i Initiative Returns October 8th With Over 35 Announcements

Surprise! The Triple-i Initiative Showcase is coming back on October 8, bringing another round of indie game announcements and updates. The showcase will stream live at 9 AM PDT / 12 PM EDT / 6 PM CEST, with more than 35 announcements planned, and will be hosted on YouTube, Twitch, Steam, Bilibili, and Niconico.

The organizers are promising back-to-back trailers featuring world premieres, gameplay reveals, release dates, demos, and more. They’re also sticking with the straightforward approach advertised in the announcement: “no hosts. no ads. just games.” Sounds good to me, especially when there are already plenty of games competing for our attention.

Among the games confirmed for the upcoming showcase are Dave the Diver, Brotato, Chained Together, Risk of Rain 2, Windrose, Hela: Of Mice and Magic, and Militsioner. Viewers can also expect appearances from the new Among Us title, Pony Island 2: Panda Circus, Haunted Paws, and Outward 2. Specific details about what each game will show are still under wraps, so we’ll have to wait to see which ones bring release dates, demos, or a fresh look at gameplay.

If you missed the Triple-i Initiative showcase in 2025, we rounded up everything revealed during that presentation. Games either announced or showcased included VOID/BREAKER, The Alters, Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, Duskfade, and Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era, just to name a few.

So, don’t miss the date and let’s see how many new games we’ll wanting to add to our already massive wishlists. Personally, I’m waiting on more news about Outward 2.
